Return window

Customers may request a return for unopened eligible products within 14 days of delivery. Used, opened or hygiene-sensitive goods may be rejected for safety and quality reasons.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned package is received and inspected. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Product limits

Water containers, sanitation items and readiness supplies must remain unused and in original packaging. Emergency misuse, weather damage or customer alteration is not covered.
